If you create a project file with PICED (or HomeGate or Schedule Plus) V4.0 and then try to open it with V3.9 or earlier, you may get an exception with a reference to EConvertError or similar. To fix this problem, delete the Power Failure Recovery file in the project directory. It will have the same name as the project file, but with an extension _PFR.CSV. You will need to re-enter any power failure recovery details in PICED. We generally make our software "backward compatible" (ie. it will load files created with older versions), but it is not always possible to make it forward compatible (ie. it will load files created with later versions). Most versions of PICED are, in fact, forward compatible to a very large extent, which is quite an achievement (if I must say so myself). Unfortunately, this is one case where it wasn't possible :(
