problem

    I have a technical question for advice, I am using the 5753L control dimmers, when people activities, the brightness is 100%, no activity, the brightness is 30%. There are currently 100% to 30% is no problem, but to 30% after, and then some activities, the infrared does not respond, the light has been a 30% brightness. How is this going?

    Is your question in relation to Clipsal Infrared controlled dimmers in China? If so, then I'm sorry but most people on this forum won't know about that product, as this is a C-Bus forum.

    Open the Toolkit programming interface for the 5753L.
    Go to the tab labelled Key Functions. In the column labelled MD, change the Short Press key microfunction from 'On Key' to 'Recall 1'.
    Go to the tab labelled Blocks. Make sure the Recall 1 value is 100% for the Group Address you are controlling.
