    Hi everyone

I have encountered a problem with my CBUS system. When I connect to it with Toolkit 1.5.3 and do a scan, everything is fine with the exception of my ethernet interface. It errors with the following:

    Error 2064

    An error has occurred
The selected C-Bus unit is not supported by this version of C-Bus Toolkit

I have the latest version. It is obviously working as Toolkit is working through it.

    Any thoughts.

    Regards

    Merik

After you've scanned the Network can you tell what the Unit Type and Firmware Version of the CNI (Ethernet PCI) is? You'll need to scroll across to the right of the list of units to see the Firmware Version..

    Hi Merik,

It would seem that as part of the C-Bus Enabled Program you might have done something that has caused this problem. I will get the C-Bus Enabled Coordinator to contact you.

This was referred to technical support. The unit type is strange and not a type programmed in the CIS factory.

CIS don't understand how a unit could have been supplied with that unit type, and have asked for the unit to be returned for exchange.
