Problem using Dynamic Icon with non-english xp

    I have problem loading dynamic icon with my company's laptop. The software always hang. I think it may be because the window xp is not pure English and therefore the path contains non-standard codes. I would like to know if there is a quick fix to get round the problem.

    known issue

    Hi, this is a known issue with non-English Windows XP, we are working on the problem at the moment. Unfortunately we don't know of a quick fix for this as yet.
