    Hi everybody,

I am getting a problem at one of the site,Where i have installed cbus 5753L sensor.

I have programmed the sensors to be enabled at 6PM every day evening.

The sensors are getting enabled and triggering the lights programmed but the problem is lights are not going off at all.Time delay i have used is 5 mins to switch off the lights.

But the lights are not going off at all. They are on continuously.

Can anybody plz help me on this.

Are you using the same group address to enable the sensor AND control the lights, or are they 2 separate group addresses?

When you enable the sensors, do they turn on straight away or do they need to wait until someone walks past the sensor?

What is the timer expiry function for your groups? Is it Off or something else?

Are the sensors located near air conditioning vents? The draft from these can cause sensors to re-trigger regularly.
