In the C-Bus training material it says to connect a PC interface and a C-Bus power supply, and then connect each unit to do the initial planning.

I have 3 relays which will be supplying the power to my C-Bus. Can I easily use one of these for the power supply for the programming of my other C-Bus units?

Provided those relays have in-built power supplies. Not all do.
