Possible problem with the Installer of C-Bus Toolkit 1.1.5

    It appears that Toolkit 1.1.5 Full Installer may fail with the error message "Runtime Error: '1.4' is not a valid integer value". This can happen only if PC where Toolkit is being installed, has Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2 initial release installed.

    This scenario is rare as initial JRE 1.4.2 was released in 2003 and since that time had many updates. If a PC has any updated 1.4.2 releases of Java installed (for example 1.4.2_02), or doesn't have Java installed at all, then Toolkit Installer works correctly.

    If this error still appears, the workaround is to uninstall JRE 1.4.2 and then install the full version of C-Bus Toolkit 1.1.5, which will also install JRE 1.4.2_07.

    To uninstall JRE 1.4.2, please go to Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, select the item "Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2" and press "Change Remove".
