Hi guys, currently trying to troubleshoot/fault find a customers cbus system that was installed approx 15 years ago. Hasn't had any recent changes or additions but the whole system has started to, seemingly at random times & intervals, shut itself down.

Upon failure some switches have flashing indicator lights, DLTs with flashing/glitching screens etc. I have attended site a couple times & left them with a working system but within a few hours it reverts back to failure. By process of elimination, I removed a couple switches & sensors that I suspected were causing the issues on the network given the age of the equipment but I'm now leaning towards the network power supply being the issue?

Network voltage while it's working is sitting right around 36v but drops by about 10v when it fails. Is this simply the power supply needing replaced? Or can the drop in voltage be caused by something external?

Has anyone come across something similar with older installations?
