PIR 5753PEIRL not displaying Ambient Light Level

    Hi all,

    I have installed 2x 5753PEIRL sensors, both are not displaying the Ambient Light Level. its on 0 LUX, the area's are not dark areas it should have a reading.

    can someone help me out why this is the case.

    How are you measuring the light level reading from the sensors? Are you looking at the Ambient Light value on the Light Level tab of the Multisensor UI with the 'Refresh' box ticked?

    If so, try shining a torch at the unit whilst looking at the Multisensor UI. This will determine if the sensor element is working.
