A service pack (update) has been released for PICED on the CIS downloads site : http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads/piced This only updates the PAC firmware to fix the problem where schedules controlling Daylight Savings did not work (as reported in http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2855). If you have installed the PAC in accordance with CIS recommendations, you will not need this upgrade. CIS recommends that if you are using a PAC for time-based scheduling, you must have a device which allows you to see and change the time (DLT, C-Touch, Colour C-Touch, HomeGate). There are several reasons for this : 1. The PAC clock will drift over time (like all clocks) and will need to be corrected occasionally. 2. Without being able to see the C-Bus time, there is no way of knowing if it is accurate. 3. Occasionally the rules controlling daylight savings change, so you will need a device with a user interface to be able to edit the schedules. Refer to the PICED FAQ topics PAC | Time Keeping and C-Bus Unit Clocks for more details.
