PICED refusing to install

    I have TK 1.12.8 installed on Windows 7.
    I am trying to install PICED 4.12.1 (also tried 4.12.0) and it is refusing to install, stating I need TK 1.11.0 or later (which of-course is what I have).

    Suggestions?

    The error is after I select whether to install test data and desktop shortcuts, and it refuses to go any further than that.

    What test is it performing to determine the version I have, and is there any way to bypass it?

    Following a hint by PM, I have a solution that works for me:

    Adding the following registry value gave the installer all it needed to confirm I had TK installed:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Clipsal Integrated Systems\C-Bus Installation Software\3.0]
    PathToExe=C:\Clipsal\CBusToolkit
