Have you connected it directly to a PC via the serial port and tried to connect to it via PICED?

    Hi,
If your super desperate to get the Piced program out of it, and can't 'talk' to it via any means, then your last possible hope would be to extract the non volatile ram IC and fit it into an exact same model and hope it works. It could be singular, multiple IC's, or in the CPU it's self. Depends on the design. If it was like the colour CTC touch screens it's in the removable Compact Flash card they have fitted for the project as well as the O/S and all other data.

    regards
