Piced ? deleted groups

    When I delete a group from Toolkit and all reference to it in the Piced file they are not deleted from the ?PFR.csv? file.
    Hence when you restart Piced it puts then back in Toolkit as ?group xx? etc.
    If they no longer used in Piced delete from the ?PFR.csv? file.

    OK. It is now on the list to do, but it won't be fixed any time soon.
