PICED 4.13 Webcam Refresh Rate

Hi All, Has anyone looked at webcam image component recently? I updated a project that was a few years old 4.11 to 4.13 and found that the webcam component refresh rate doesn't work. It seem to update every 1-2 sec now no matter what setting you specify (only want every 10 to 20 sec as showing 6 small images on status page). Rolled back to older firmware and all ok. Tested this in on a new blank project with image server running. Confirmed working up to ver 4.12.1, update to 4.13.0 seems to be the issue.
