Was the system working prior to moving in? More specifically at inspection time? Might be a question to the settlement agent. Property should be given in same condition as inspection???

 

No, the system is as it was. There was no statement that the system worked. The previous owners were only here for 12 months and I believe it was as they found it.

 

That’s unfortunate, hopefully you have some physical switches to control your lights. If you want the iPad control you’ll need to get some someone to set it all up again
