Our PAC Controller has been managing our schedules for many years but recently it stopped controlling Relay Channels.
But we haven't changed anything at all!
It will still switch channels on the dimmer modules?
    Weird, any ideas?

    Regards

Have you had any power outages, generator testing latey? The internal battery on the units sometimes fails, reseting the timeclock back to 2006 - check the date / time on the network via C-bus Diagnostic utility

Unfortunately I can't get the C-bus Utility to work on my Win 11 PC, is the battery replaceable?

There is no battery in the PAC. There is an internal capacitor that is charged via Cbus that will run the clock for around 24 hours if the power fails. The capacitor is unlikely to fail. There is an external battery connection that will keep the clock running if the power is likely to fail for more than 24 hours.

There should be no problems using windows 11. How are you trying to connect to the network?

Thanks for your reply, I managed to get hold of another PAC Controller and ran into the same problems so I reset the new PAC Controller to factory settings and started again, I then created a new project and bingo my scheduling started to work properly, I suspect my old project must have become corrupt as I hadn't deleted it and just added a second application when testing. All good in the end, just an expensive exercise.
