Have an odd problem with the outdoor PIR's in my home that has happened three times now.

For some reason they (3x 5750WPL) just stop working. Scanning the network they are on and alive, but they just don't sense any movement, flash the detect LED or provide the sunset function.

I've found the only way to get them to work again is totally power down the entire c-bus network, wait 10 seconds and power back up. Really odd and nothing I've seen before. Any ideas?

    How old are they Ashley?
It seems odd if all 3 are doing the same.

Maybe something to do with enable or disable group address settings?

Yes turns out it is an enable group problem. I disabled and reenabled each (as each has their own enable group) and it works. Though not sure why doing a power reset fixes too or what causes all 3 groups to go silly in the first place.

All are just over 2 years old but only installed about 12 months ago.

This has been a problem for years on detector
I cannot remember when I first saw it .
But you are correct it is to do with the Enable /Disable group and possibly multiple groups used in a PIRs.
Suggest you contact Tech support, if they can't remember ask them to look under old cases of this nature.
    There is a work around.
