Openhab 2 support for C-Bus

    There have been a few posts around about using C-Bus with Openhab but until now the C-Bus binding had to be manually downloaded and installed from one of my test builds.
    As of Openhab 2.5.4 which was released last week the C-Bus binding has now been accepted into the system and is available without any extra downloads.

    It supports lighting, trigger groups, dali & temperature . There has been a request to add support for Measurement group which i will look at soon.
