Old C-Touch stuck while download project

    our integrator had notebook rebooted while downloading project into old BW C-Touch (through C-Bus). now there is only download bar on the screen and nothing else.

    other projects are being downloaded ok, but screen still shows only this. any chance to save it?

    Hello nickrusanov.

    Had something similar happen once before - ended up leaving the touch screen disconnected overnight, then it worked again. I had tried leaving it disconnected for about five minutes and it didn't work.
