Off ventilation in 5 minutes after light off

Is it possible to switch on light and ventilation by one NEO button, and, when switching off them, ventilation continues to work some time

 

What you are talking about is often referred to as a "Run-on timer". There's an Application note on the Clipsal website that covers this topic.

The application note refers to a 360 degree sensor, but the principle is the same.

Sorry to jump in, but would it be possible for;

the light to be manual (switch operation only), but the timer for the fan only starts after the light goes off, a sort of 'off delay'?
