Hello. Firstly, sorry for my ugly grammar.

My shutter opens and closes very long time (about 45 sec). And one-channel shutter relay have weird behavior. When i press key "Shutter close" on 5-key neo panel, shutter goes down and stops throught 30 sec (throught 30 sec after i press button, relay made "click"). So, my shutter not closes completely.
Please, advice how to close shutter till the end

Have you tried increasing the fail safe duration to 45 sec? See below.

Yes, but it not influenced. Shutter always stops after 30 sec. It's strange there isn't something like 'duration' option in toolkit.

The Fail-Safe timer determines how long the relay contacts in the Shutter Relay are closed. If your shutter stops moving after 30 seconds then either the Shutter Relay unit hasn't correctly had it's settings changed (maybe you only made a change in the database, and not the physical unit?), there is another system with a 30 second time-out somewhere, or another unit is generating a C-Bus message that is stopping the Shutter Relay.

Check your programming on the physical unit. Also monitor the network traffic using the Diagnostic Utility to be sure there are no other C-Bus messages on the same Group Address.
