Non Functioning CBUS eDLT Panel

    Hi All,

    Looking for some advice. I have an eDLT panel in an installation that has a non working screen and none of the 5 twin buttons are backlit. The rest of the devices on the network are fine and swapping another eDLT front plate to that point works fine and the voltage tests correct, so I know that the network is fine.

    Is there anything to try before having to purchase a new panel?

    How old is the unit? Could well be a warranty issue
