No power to my switches

    hi can anyone tell me how i can get my cbus to have power to my switches on my wall, as now my cbus either makes my house lights stay on or i manually switch them all off thank you so much kidest regards penny

    Sounds like you have a failed power supply Penny, if you mean manually switch them all off via the push buttons on the relay/dimmer modules in your switchboard.

    Hi Penny,

    this sounds like you need a CBUS trained installer/electrician/integrator to come and work out what's going on.

    You could have a failed power supply in 1 of your CBUS units or you could have a broken CBUS connection.

    This isn't something a layperson can easily diagnose.

    What is your location, so we can try and recommend a local person to check this out.

    saklar c-bus2 saya juga tidak berfungsi tidak bisa matikan lampu. gimana ya solusinya ?
