    Hi All,
One of my customers has a dead 5000CT that i cannot repair or swap with spare parts, they need to upgrade to a newer model, they know its a bit larger than the original and can accommodate that no problem. The problem is that i couldn't get the project from the old B/W unit to transfer into the new one, all she has is the pictures attached. Would i be able to recreate the project with just these off site or would she need a cbus tech to go onsite to do this.
    See the attached pictures.
I can work out some of it were it shows one group address, but the rest is a bit of a mystery to me.

What problem are you having transferring to the new unit? It should be possible.

    Cheers for the reply Ashley,
Not so much of a problem yet, just need to know if the information in the pictures is going to be enough to setup the project. i am assuming it's the group address under each box, but some boxes have more than one action, that's what I'm confused about.

P.S. I don't have a copy of the original project to go by.

I think the square boxes represent the switches with their unit addresses. There are no useful group addresses anywhere (the few on the dimmers and relays are probably unused ones). Given you have no idea how the touch screen was programmed and no tag file, there's not much you can do remotely.

What was the problem with the old touch screen that you couldn't get the project from it?

The old 5000ct was dead when I got it, I even tried to get the project out via serial without display attached, I did once before and it worked. But this one is completely dead

    All sorted now,
I actually found a list of group addresses to set up on a replacement Spectrum screen for the customer.
