    Really? And you believe that?

If you took the time to read through posts on this forum, you might look less foolish. I'll help you....

Foolish? Just relaying what a large direct C-bus partner has relayed to me, and If i hadn't lost my patience waiting for my wiser and E-DLTs perhaps I would have spent more time trying to justify "their" comments.

This is a confidence inspiring solution.

Please tell me, If someone is to order a wiser today what the expected ETA would be?

Nice to know.... hopefully it's true, as there hasn't been many updates provided in the last 5 months.

Right now I wish I bought a CNI and PACA and used a 3rd party control app as planned. But was advised to stick with an "all Clipsal" solution.

Hi rikaussie, I tried to send you a private message, but the forum would not allow it.

Have a look at our web site for an alternative. http://www.hamfield.com.au

    Really?

You might want to take a look at your own signature before pointing the finger.

And if that is the policy, then it has to be the same for everyone.

    Case in point; http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11513

Advertising or trying to sell products is totally different to a signature.

All this aside, is anyone aware of a planned release date?

I was told they were out in AU but not in the US. No idea on accuracy of that statement. I cant find a part number anywhere.

    Hi Poldim,

Try the attached eDLT Specifications brochure from Clipsal's website for the part codes.

I know you can order them in Australia but not sure if they are arriving yet?

Perhaps with the part codes you can do the same in US.

    All the best,

    Brad

I didn't find it on Clipsal's site, but good thing you have it on yours.

In the US, a SLC Prefix gets added to the standard Clipsal part number. These are not currently recognized by Square D's system, so no dice. I tried contacting both US and AU product managers for launch dates and they were not helpful. Just have to sit and wait for it to drop in your lap.

    Update on eDLT

Thought I would post an update on the availability of this product.

We're not happy with the quality of the finish of the product that has been delivered into store. Whilst the product is electrically and electronically sound, the final finish is not up to the standard that we must provide.

Unfortunately, this means we will not be providing the product until this has been fixed.

Despite this, the version of Toolkit that includes the UI for the eDLT should be available in the next couple of days.

The reality is, that we disappoint customers with delivery or disappoint with quality. Given the cost of this product, quality cannot be compromised.

I'll post again once an update is available

C-Bus Toolkit version 1.12.7 has been released which supports the eDLT unit:

    http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11531

Until your eDLT units arrive you can add some to your database and configure them there. The eDLT UI is incredibly feature-rich and we hope you enjoy this opportunity to get a head start with it :D

Will you need a temp sensor to enable the temp function on the EDLT?

Yes. The temperature displayed on the eDLT is from a remote temperature sensor (there is not a sensor on the eDLT itself).
