    Hi all,

guys your support is highly appreciated, the secinario is :
    i have a Nevo handset and Nevo NC50 to provide a 2 way RS232.
    1 Cbus - PCI interface.
    1 ChangeOver Relay.
in cbus i added the following group address:01,02,03 & 04
what i'm looking for is to on/off the grp address from the handset.
do i need a PAC, or i can connect the Nevo serial Module directly to the PC Interface.i already tried that and i Followed the Open Serial protocol quick start guide,i gave code similar to \053800792129g<cr> to the nevo but it didnt work.what do i missed ??

i hope to solve this issue soon,

    thanks in advance

If the Nevo system allows you to transmit custom strings out a serial port to a PC Interface then it should be possible.

The first step is to connect to the PC Interface using Hyperterminal to determine if the data you're sending to the PC Interface is correct. Once you've got that bit working, then look at putting those commands into the Nevo device. That way you're only trying to solve one problem at a time.

Some useful info over in this thread.
