NEO LED problem

    I have had a couple of blue LED drop to about 30% of maximum intensity. They are only 6 months old but couple have gone in the last few days. Is this an issue with the NEO's?

    Is this a whole unit thats dropped, or just 1 or 2 LEDs on a single unit ?

    There are no known problems. The Blue LEDs used are a special selection for CLipsal products, and come from a premium manufacturer with a price to match.

    IF you have a couple of LEDs on a single switch that have suddenly dropped their brightness, then you need to return the unit for repair under warrantee. Contact CIS technical support or your sales office to arrange a return for repair.

    Thanks I have it organised a swap out...it is just one led on each unit
