Is their any way or possible to up date the firmware on neo switches
firmware 1.4 neo switches with firmware 1.4 have a problem where scenes may not remotely trigger if the change brightness after a key is pressed option is ticked i was hopping theirs is an upgrade to solve this problem
There is a bug in the Neo Firmware version 1.4.00. A Neo's Scenes will not be remotely triggered if the unit has both the options to "ignore first key press" and "change brightness after a key is pressed" are used. Once the unit drops into night-light mode the Scenes will not be able to be triggered remotely. Reflection and Saturn units are not affected. We have an update that will address this pending for release very soon, i.e. in the next 2-3 months.
