Need Help with Setup

    Hey guys,

    I'm very new to Wiser and have been having issues setting up for use with the Wiser HD app on iPhone.

    My current setup is as follows:

    -BT HomeHub hardwired to a netgear network switch
    -Network switch hardwired to LAN port in Wiser router
    -Wiser Router connected to CNI

    I've managed to get in the Wiser GUI, but from there i'm unsure what network settings should be applied to get it so I can portforward the IP address, therefore allowing me to connect to the app. I'm also unsure as to whether I should have put the ethernet cable into Wisers WAN port?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
