What is everyone doing to mount the 5100DT temp sensor?

I've seen the 5031RDTSL which comes with the c-bus interface but it's only in a 2000 series? I'm using Saturn wallplates.

I've also seen the Airtopia sensor that they use with a wallmate style plug. I'm not against this (it looks neat) but in WA our internal walls are brick, not gyprock so not sure how to make this work that you could get to it to replace it in the future.

    All advice welcome

If you mount it in the brick you may introduce a large lag in the temperature reading due to the large thermal mass of the brick.

I would look for somewhere that is about 1.5m off the ground, in something that is either insulated from other heat sources or has a small thermal mass of its own... a wooden architrave, or the bottom of a built in overhead cupboard, or something like that.
