Modification to Date & Time Application

    CIS have modified the date & time application.

    Users who would like an update, please email [email protected] and we will send it to you.

    In summary:

    A new setting is allowed for the daylight saving offset: $FF.

    If the daylight saving offset is $FF, it means UNKNOWN.

    Devices that receive an unknown daylight saving offset should not change whatever they are currently using.
