Mk3 Touchscreen remote connection

    Hi Guys,

    Had a existing setup working with mk2 touchscreen and have replaced with mk3.
    Now remote connection via wiser is not working. So I pulled out wireshark and followed stream. mk3 responds but fails "300 Authentication Failed" :confused:
    Have checked password in both wiser and ctouch ad are correct...

    Edit:
    wiser fw is Kona_1.25.0 might try updating....

    Updated to 1.30.0 using PICED 4.12.0
    transfer utility now shows as v3 touchscreen.

    still errors out - "unexpected connection failure"

    wireshark shows

    300-Unable to complete command: AUTH
    300 Authentication Failed
