Minderpro problem

    I have interfaced Minderpro with Cbus and its perfectly working and I also attached a telephone line to minderpro so that I can control it via mobile. In this case I had given a dedicated telephone line to minderpro.
    I have a problem in dialing in to minderpro as it prefectly works with a particular company Telephone line is attached with minderpro and if I change it to some other service provider it shows busy.
    I had tried two more service provider phones and the result is same.
