    Hi All.

I need some help with the minder pro. We have a client thats got one in his house and we went there to make some changes for him. He also asked us to change his user pin code and so we did. Now the client can't remember the pin code to arm and disarm the alarm. Also now he says that we changed it and he never gave us a new pin code. So what I need is to find out is there a way that we can find out what is his pin on the Minder or how can we change it without the old pin?

    Can someone please help me????????

    Thanks

    De Wet

Have you tried the Engineering Code? The default is 6789. Perhaps that is still in the system somewhere.

If that doesn't work, ask the question on the www.comfortforums.com site.

Press F0 on the keypad before the Engineer code which is default 6789 #
If that works, then you should be able to reset the User codes to 1234. There is a sequence to accomplish that on the keypad, or you can use Comfigurator or Mindit to write the new codes.
