    Hi Glennmaynard..

    Hopefully I can assist..

To do direct individual source control on a touchscreen, or any cbus switch for that matter, we use 'Absolute' referencing..

When using toolkit to program an amplifier you maake a group address relevent to your absolute field, ie Absolute Zone 1 Lounge, as the group address tag.. Allow toolkit to automatically assign the absolute levels.. This will result in something like:

    1% = Local
    2% = Input 1
    3% = Input 2
    etc..

Now to call that particular source for that particular zone off a touchscreen or switch, you make a 'preset' button that will call the absolute group address at the required level.. Ie to call Input 2 in Zone 1 Lounge area you would make a switch or button with 'preset' function, with 'Absolute Zone 1 Lounge' as the address and the level as 3%..

    Hopefully this makes sense..

    Cheers..

There are some fairly in-depth application notes linked to in this thread.

Have a read and let us know if you need more help.
