Hi - my Wiser unit was repeatedly restarting so I did a factory reset and rebuilt my setup. It's now working and is stable and I have the iOS apps working on the LAN over WiFi but will not work over WAN.

Running Option B, settings below, now I can't get any of the three iOS apps working (yes I have the 'pre-released' wiser2 one from last year ;) )

    Router settings are:

'xxxx'.dyndns.org address setup in the router (as part of troubleshooting deleted and reset all these and checked twice)

    Wiser IP set to 192.168.1.100
    Wiser CNI set to 192.168.1.90

Port forwards are setup as follows:
    8080 to 192.168.1.100
    80 to 192.168.1.100
    8888 to 192.168.1.100
    8889 to 192.168.1.100
    8336 to 192.168.1.100
    8337 to 192.168.1.100
    10001 to 192.168.1.100

On the Wiser unit, check the settings and tried options such as turning off projector mode applying change, restarting and then reapplying projector mode ...

    Will not work.

Using current versions of PCIED and Toolkit.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers
    Ollie

    Hi,

Have you tried accessing the wiser from a web browser from both on the lan via ip address and wan via the dyndns address?

Yep - all working on the LAN side. Nothing on the WAN side. Just times out. I've checked the host server to make sure it's updating - all OK. Checked a different port forward for one of my cameras and they're working fine.

    I'm sure it's something simple I've missed.

Have you set the correct IP address in the wiser unit and in the piced project for both the wiser and the cni?

What wifi connection are you using? Your own home network or the wisers?
