Long waits on stock

Is anyone else having trouble getting c-bus stock or is my supplier getting slack?

I ordered a CNI, a desktop amp and a few wireless GPO relays and have been told that there will be lengthy delays as there are none in stock and there is no more information that can be given?

 

There is a worldwide shortage of electronic components that has been going on ever since the economy started to recover from the GFC. Sadly, that means that some Clipsal products are experiencing longer than expected delays.

You might try asking your supplier if individual items within your order have come in. It might be the case that he's simply waiting to receive all the items before filling your order.

We've ordered quite a bit we're still waiting on,
We ordered a matrix quite a while ago, and while the current job we're doing as received theirs, ours hasn't arrived.

And DLT's! Apparently there are none in Australia, and there's a bit of a queue, the current job alone has 35! Ah well, patience is a virtue

 

Thanks for the replies gents. I almost fell over when I was told the wait is currently indefinite. Least that gives me something to pass on.

Can't say for sure how quickly your order will be filled, but it looks like quite a lot of DLT's are making their way through.
