I have a job with a Color Touchscreen. Job has been installed for several years with no problems. The job consist of 3 networks with 2 network bridges sharing to adjacent networks. We have all scenes and logic stored in the Color Touchscreen. Over the last 4 weeks, we have experienced a problem (about 4 occurences) where the logic quits working, and the scenes quit working. Can you anyone offer some advise on what might be the cause, or suggested steps to troubleshoot? Thanks.

    Hello tidefan.

Try running Diagnostic Utility to see if the touch screen is sending out commands - we have had four in the last 12 months where the screens no longer connect to C-Bus. There's another one on my bench, ready to send back exhibiting the same problems you noted - indicators on the screen would change in response to commands received and logic stored on the touch screen, but wasn't sending any out.

Note: these screens were all several years old and well out of warranty. Costs to repair were reasonable and all screens have been back in service for a while, with no problems.

We rand the utility today and did not see any traffics rom the touchscreen. In addition we did not see any traffic problems from any device. Is there a way to run a log so that we could capture a week or so, and then review??
