LED light flicker

I have an older C-Bus system, the problem i have is when the light is off the LED light bulb flickers, it didn't use too when using a Phillips dimmable globe,until that died, i replaced it with another Phillips dimmable globe and the problem started, i replace that with an Osram globe still the sane problem, i've had to revert back to Halogen globes. does anyone no how to resolve this issue? i was think of putting a resistor inline to block the residual voltage in the system.
