    Hi all.

I have 16 seperate groups of T5 Flouro battens in my house, all controlled by 2 Cbus DSi gateways, L5508DSI. They are installed in pelmets to reflect off the ceiling.

I’m trying to replace the T5s with high output LED strip lights of between 2m and 5m lengths, approx 22W/metre.

Can anyone suggest drivers compatible with the DSI gateway, or any other solution using LED’s that would be compatible? I see that tridonic does have some dimmers that might work, but am not sure of the constant current/constant voltage implications with various LED products.

    Cheers.

DSI is a Tridonic proprietary system... not sure if anyone else makes DSI gear..

The Tridonic "one4all" drivers are DALI/DSI/switchDIM so any of those should work.

For LED strip you want a constant voltage driver. 22W/m sounds pretty high though.

Creative lighting make a slammo which will do DALI, DSI and DMX.

As Per Nicks comment, Tridonic drivers for DSI
    https://www.tridonic.com/en/int/pro...MING=true&DIMMING_INTERFACE=DSI&currentPage=1

The link above should provide a filtered version of all DSI dimmable ballast drivers there are many models so need to select the one that will work for your chosen LED strip.

‘This will be least effort solution to replacing the Fluoro with LED without needing to change the C-Bus dimmers or make wiring changes
