L5512RVF issues...

    I have a brand new 12ch relay and am experiencing an issue with it. When you press the local toggle button for channel 5, it only partially lights up but also switches channel 7, and it also only partially lights up. It also occurs in reverse ie press channel 7 and channel 5 switches on. This occured before I had even added it to the database.

    Is there a way of completing a "factory reset" or something similar before I return to the distributor?

    If you create a new unit in the Toolkit database and then transfer that programming to the unit on the network that should set the unit back to factory defaults.
