L5508d1ap No Dim

    Just installed a 5508 dimmer. ON/OFF commands are OK. Dimmer commands act like On/Off. App log shows that the ramp commands are sent from the Neo keypad but the load (simple INC type) is either 100% or 0%. Any idea?

    no dimming

    The DIN mount dimmers require an active and neutral connection on both the left and right ends. It is important that the connections are on the same phase. Generally, most installers simply loop from one end to the other, ensuring they are on the same phase.

    It looks like the electrician how installed the unit used another phase for the loads side...Thanks again
