Issue connecting to wiser

    Hi guys, new to this, just purchased second hand unit and was attempting to check of the configuration however upon resetting the unit and typing in 192.168.2.1 admin admin I get Authenticating socket, then can not connect, do I need to opening ports?

    any help appreciated cheer
