Irrigation manager rain delay

Just wondering if I use auto setup of the rain delay and change it to a different enable group is it still linked when using the rain delay input on a ctouch? It disappears from the irrigation manager screen when I modify it!
I have some irrigation I want to work regardless of rain delay.
Should I set a schedule for this outside the irrigation system?

 

The Rain Delay Schedule is linked via the Enable Group. If you change the Enable Group for the schedule to be different from the one enabling the Irrigation Manager, then it will no longer show up in the list of irrigation schedules in the Irrigation Manager.
