IPhone issue

    Hi guys wondering if anyone can lead me in the right direction. I have programmed the 5500shac to gain access through https:// works great with android and PC. When I tried testing on customers iPhone web page loads up fine with mobile. Visualation but does not trigger ligting on or off. Is there a permission issue with phone. Helpn would be much appreciated
