Homegate losing network sync 0/1 networks

    Homegate is constantly loosing network sync .. if i use a ctouch colour onsite there is no problem whatsoever ! .. have tried changing PC's to no avail ..

    After sync is lost if i perform a manual scan of the network and open homegate again - no problem ... can anyone explain what causes homegate to loose network sync? and why a ctouch colour doesnt??

    Are you running toolkit at the same time this will cause issues

    Sometime yes - sometimes no .. have noticed that when not running it .. the network will still loose sync - any other things you can recommend?

    Colour C-Touch doesn't use C-Gate to connect to C-Bus.

    To find out why a network is changing state, you need to look at the HomeGate log, and possibly the C-Gate log. Read the document

    C:\Clipsal\HomeGate_4_6\Manuals\Advanced Fault Diagnosis.pdf

    In particular, read sections 2.3 and 2.4
