    Can the Harmony 880 remote be used with a B&W touch screen to control lighting scenes

    The B&W C-Touch uses NEC format IR codes, which is pretty much the most common format for IR codes.

    You can set it to respond to any manufacturer/data code combination.

    It'd be a pretty safe bet that the Harmony can generate this format, although you'd need to know (or work out) which manufacturer code it's sending.

    The C-Touch can be configured to work with any NEC Manufacturer or Device code. The only proviso is that the IR code follows the NEC protocol.
