Happy birthday C-Bus

    Most of you are probably unaware that today (24th August 2019) is the 25th anniversary or birthday of the cbus system.
    In an event held at the Adelaide entertainment centre on 24th August 1994, Robert Gerard launched the cbus system.
    The system launched back then will still communicate with products sold today. Just think, this was these were the days of analogue mobile phones and windows for workgroups.
    Anyway, happy birthday to the system and to the many of us who have been associated with it over the years..

    Congratulations to the Clipsal engineers and visionaries who managed to think up such a robust, reliable and marketable system that has stood the test of time.......... and also provided a decent living for so many of the people on the board here.
