Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. I have a General Input Unit installed that is using the existing BMS (Greystone) temp sensors. I edited the library curves and used the measurement application to send the temperature readings for OAT and 2 room temps. Firstly I was using Toolkit version 1.9.3 (I think) but it wouldn't download into the GIU, after upgrading to Toolkit ver 1.10.2 it all worked great. About 3 weeks later I check the site and find the temperature readings showing 0. I scanned the GIU through toolkit and found that the Channel descriptions have turned to gobble de gook. I tried downloading the original data back into unit, setting it back to default and downloading - no joy. I got a replacement unit and fitted and it all worked fine, for about 4 weeks, now I have the same problem again. Anyone had a similar issue??
