General Input Unit 5504GI

    How do I program a 5504GI Serial No 0010 0090 2540 Manufactured May 05 The unit type is PC_GIM-General Input Unit (as shown by toolkit 1.1.6)
    Using Toolkit 1.1.6 I get an error 20044 (the unit you selected failed to load)is the message, it also only got to 1% when it failed.
    I tried V2.7.9 it also failed :confused:

    Is the Network in a good state? Because of the sheer volume of parameters that need to be downloaded from a PC_GIM the process often exposes network issues..

    No other suggestions at this time.. we might be able to glean some information out of the log..

    So.. start up Toolkit.. cause it to fail on the General Input Unit, close Toolkit then email this file to me : C:\Clipsal\CBusToolkit\toolkit.ccl
